Our engineering team attended the site and identified the cause of the incident as a fault affecting one of our on-site devices.
Following their efforts to restore the equipment, service was successfully restored across the site at 10:31. Based on the stability of the service since restoration, we are confident that the incident has been resolved.
Our engineers will remain on site for a short period to carry out additional checks and ensure there are no further issues. We will also continue to monitor the service closely.
