The outage has been traced to third-party fibre repair works that have impacted the fibre connection serving the site. This has been confirmed by our third-party supplier, who is actively working to restore service by repairing the damaged fibre as quickly as possible.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further updates as they become available.
