Our engineer has now completed the on-site investigation and identified significant fire damage affecting the cabinet equipment, originating from a fault within the electrical components.

Due to the severity of the damage, we are currently working with a third-party contractor to arrange the replacement of the affected equipment as quickly as possible. Given the extent of the repairs required, we anticipate that resolution may take some time.

Following extensive remote diagnostics, we have arranged for a field engineer to attend site to carry out further on-site checks and investigate the issue affecting your services.

Once the root cause has been identified, we will work to implement a fix and restore services as quickly as possible.

The engineer’s current estimated time of arrival is 13:45. We will provide a further update by 14:00.
