We have been made aware that some customers may be experiencing signal degradation due to heavy winds/and or tree overgrowth.
We have contacted our third party to see when they can visit the site.

The engineer has now arrived on site and begun the troubleshooting process.

We will continue to provide updates as the investigation progresses and share any significant findings.

We have requested a specialist TV engineer attend site.

The TV engineers are due to arrive today.

We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.
