The engineer who attended has identified that the issue is related to equipment located on the roof of a neighbouring building.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have access to this equipment, which is preventing us from implementing a fix at this time.
We are actively working to identify and make contact with the building management responsible for the neighbouring property so that access can be arranged. We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information.

We have specialist engineer attending tomorrow morning to continue an investigation on the communal equipment. There has been access issues reported in the past to the equipment so we will provide further updates tomorrow once the engineer is on site.
