Cant rate them highly enough. Sign up process was easy and smooth. Router arrived a couple of days later and we immediately went straight online. Speeds are EXACTLY as advertised (60 up and down) - not like some providers who advertise one speed then provide *up to* that speed. Router provided is a good quality TP Link device which provides us decent signal throughout the house, though doesn't reach to the garage so might not be great for very large homes (though this model router can be paired with other TP Link routers to create a mesh-wifi set up for bigger houses). Beyond that they have the best customer service I have ever experienced from a UK company. Calls are answered in seconds with no IVR (press 1 for this, 2 for that, etc) but instead go straight to a human being who is polite, informed and helpful (in our case Darren). Have called a few times and we always get through to the same person because of the way their systems have been set up to redirect calls to the person you dealt with last time based on your phone number. Bills are provided well ahead of time and have so far been accurate. Unless there are some unreasonable price hikes in the future, we hope to stay with these guys for a long time and would recommend them to anyone else able to use them (need to be on the OFNL network, ie not BT open reach).
