Best customer service I have ever experienced! Not only the cheapest and easiest OFNL internet (the only broadband I can get in my new build area) I could find without jargon, any problems with connection I just send an email and the problem is fixed or explained within minutes by a real person, and I don’t have to go through security questions or reference numbers to get my answers, just a simple email to them and they know who I am and where I am, which I really appreciate. Also, upon my husband’s passing I emailed to say the connection package was for him and I need a smaller cheaper service, they just did it for me no questions asked, no contract dispute, which was amazing. I have been offered a £20 discount for renewal which I didn’t have to take as the service would have continued regardless with no price increase! Fantastic service, speed, reliability and price.

Fantastic customer service; no matter when I seem to email, I get very quick responses from staff that are refreshingly knowledgeable and don't waste your time when there is an issue, as so many other ISP's do.
The standard router is quite good for what it is, but the team are also open and helpful to you providing your own equipment.

The free WiFi 7 router we supply with all our packages is the excellent TP-Link EB200v router. The TP-Link EB200v router supports the WiFi 7 standard giving you better coverage. You can further improve the WiFi coverage in your home, by adding additional TP-Link EB200v's to form a Mesh WiFi network. A many as 5 additional TP-Link EB200v's can be added to the network. The EB200v also has 3 spare ethernet ports so that some devices can be hardwired if necessary.
We can provide addtional TP-Link EB200v routers to increase coverage. We charge £75 one off fee for each additional TP-Link EB200v including delivery. If you are on the Ultra Fast or Mega Fast packages you can request one addtional TP-Link EB200v Pro free of charge.
