From the moment I selected Kinetic Telecom from a list of providers that I had never heard of for my elderly parents’ new flat my experience with them has been simply faultless. It was so refreshing in these days of mediocre or poor customer service to receive a first class experience. On the day of the move I was in charge of setting up their broadband and home phone and when I needed some help I called Kinetic and was amazed to get straight through to a real person, with that person being Darren, the same person I had been communicating with via email prior to the move. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole experience a total pleasure and it wasn’t long before my parents were back on their kindle fires and the landline had been ported over. Darren also helped me with retuning their TV! Congratulations team Kinetic. I wish you very success!

Very quick and efficient Internet provider. The customer care team was extremely polite and helpful when I had called to inquire about the service. The website is very detailed and has all the information required to subscribe to the network. I had subscribed with Kinetic Telecom only yesterday and got the router today morning. It was super easy and straightforward to get connected. The router was pre-configured and just had to be plugged to the OFNL setup. The internet speed it excellent and I am very pleased with the overall service.
