Cant rate them highly enough. Sign up process was easy and smooth. Router arrived a couple of days later and we immediately went straight online. Speeds are EXACTLY as advertised (60 up and down) - not like some providers who advertise one speed then provide *up to* that speed. Router provided is a good quality TP Link device which provides us decent signal throughout the house, though doesn't reach to the garage so might not be great for very large homes (though this model router can be paired with other TP Link routers to create a mesh-wifi set up for bigger houses).
Beyond that they have the best customer service I have ever experienced from a UK company. Calls are answered in seconds with no IVR (press 1 for this, 2 for that, etc) but instead go straight to a human being who is polite, informed and helpful (in our case Darren). Have called a few times and we always get through to the same person because of the way their systems have been set up to redirect calls to the person you dealt with last time based on your phone number.
Bills are provided well ahead of time and have so far been accurate.
Unless there are some unreasonable price hikes in the future, we hope to stay with these guys for a long time and would recommend them to anyone else able to use them (need to be on the OFNL network, ie not BT open reach).

We have been a Customer of Kinetic for the past 2 years having previously been with BT for over 20 years When we moved into our new build we had a choice of 10 providers BT was not one of them . I choose Kinetic based on Price and being a local company if there were any Issues I could contact them easily . I am pleased to say everything has been great , no Issues with my Broadband or Landline at all .
I even spoke to Kinetic regarding some wireless Security Cameras I fitted and had a slight problem with ,within a couple of minutes they advised me what to do .
Great company and would recommend to anyone wanting fast Broadband speed at a good price.
The free WiFi 6 router we supply with our Fast and Super Fast packages is the excellent TP-Link HX220. The TP-Link HX220 router supports the WiFi 6 standard giving you better coverage. You can further improve the WiFi coverage in your home, by adding additional TP-Link HX220's to form a Mesh WiFi network. A many as 5 additional TP-Link HX220's can be added to the network. The HX220 also has 2 spare ethernet ports so that some devices can be hardwired if necessary.
We can provide addtional TP-Link HX220 routers to increase coverage. We charge £50 one off fee for each additional TP-Link HX220 including delivery.
The free WiFi 7 router we supply with our Ultra, Mega Fast packages is the excellent TP-Link HB210 Pro. The TP-Link HB210 Pro router supports the WiFi 7 standard giving you even better coverage. You can further improve the WiFi coverage in your home, by adding additional TP-Link HB210 Pro's to form a Mesh WiFi network. A many as 5 additional TP-Link HB210 Pro's can be added to the network. The HB210 Pro also has 1 spare ethernet ports so that a single device can be hardwired if necessary, if additional devices need to be hardwired we can supply a 5 port gigabit network switch which will allow you to connect a total of 4 wired devices when connected to the router.
We can provide addtional TP-Link HB210 Pro routers to increase coverage. We charge £75 one off fee for each additional TP-Link HB210 Pro including delivery. If you are on the Ultra Fast or Mega Fast packages you can request one addtional TP-Link HB210 Pro free of charge.
